OOSH Opening Hours

VACATION CARE HOURS - 7.00 am - 6.00pm
  • ​All children must be signed in and out electronically each day by parent or guardian.

​CHILDREN MUST BE COLLECTED BY 6.00pm 
A late fee will be charged if children are not collected by 6.00pm

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
  • BSC - Before School Care - 6.45am to 9am
  • ​ASC - After School Care - 3.00pm to 6.30pm​

Medication

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE MEDICATION IN CHILDREN'S BAGS 
  • Medication forms must be filled out and signed by parents or guardians daily for us to administer as directed.
  • All medication must be given to the responsible person in charge in the morning before signing your child in.
  • Medication must be in original packaging with child's name clearly marked including everything needed based on our Medication Policy. (Add Link)

Lunch Boxes - Must be Nut Free

DURING VACATION CARE

  • All food for the day must be supplied from home e.g. morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. 
  • Water Bottles also need to be supplied from home to keep your child hydrated.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

  • BSC - Breakfast options available until 7.40am
  • ASC - Afternoon Tea Snacks provided.
  • We are a Nut Free Centre
  • Children's lunch boxes MUST be peanut/nut free. We can provide information on healthy lunch box alternatives if you need help.

Sun Safety
CHILDREN MUST HAVE A HAT AT ALL TIMES
  • NO HAT, PLAY IN THE SHADE
  • Sun Safe Clothing - no singlet tops or sleeveless dresses.
  • Rash Shirts or T Shorts MUST be worn on swimming excursions.
  • Pack Sunscreen for your child, we will reapply throughout the day.
  • Water Bottles MUST be supplied from home to keep your child hydrated.

Camera's/Mobile Phones

CAMERA'S / MOBILE PHONES:
  • Please do not bring these items to Vacation Care, BSC and/or ASC as they are NOT permitted.
  • Children are not permitted to take photos on their cameras or phones at Vacation Care, BSC and/or ASC.
  • ​We do NOT give Internet access or permission to any children in our care.

Our Fees

Annual Registration Fee

An annual registration fee applies:  $20.00 for the 1st child, and  $10.00 per each additional child.
  • Full Vacation Care fees are $65.00 per day plus excursion fees. No food is provided, please pack for the full day.
  • BSC - Before School Care - $18.50           
            Breakfast options provided before 7.40am
  •  ASC - After School Care - $26.50 
             Afternoon tea provided
  • CCS - Child Care Subsidy is applied to reduce your fees if you have a complete enrolment. Payment of the gap is the parent or guardian's responsibility.
