Mid Coast Tenants Advice
and Advocacy Service

Who Are We and What Do We Do
Picture
Mid Coast Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service (MCTAAS) is a free service providing information and advice to all tenants, including private and social housing tenants, residents in boarding houses, and homeowners in residential land lease communities. Where appropriate, we also advocate on behalf of clients and provide representation to clients with proceedings before the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal. We also provide education in tenants' rights, for community workers, tenants, land lease community residents and community groups.
We can give advice on:
  • Tribunal applications, hearings and procedures
  • Notices of Termination and Evictions
  • Repairs
  • Rent arrears and increases
  • Negotiation with your landlord
  • Referrals
       and much more.
When Should You Make Contact With Us
  • Has your Landlord or Real Estate agent sent you a letter you don't understand?
  • Is it hard to get your Landlord or Real Estate to listen to your side of the story?
  • Are you about to be evicted or lose your home?
