Leesa-rae's studied in Melbourne qualifying with a BA in Youth affairs and Post Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy. She brings 30 years of Social Welfare sector experience to the managers role for Hastings Neighbourhood Services including having previously managed Neighbourhood Houses in Broome WA and Brunswick Vic. The last 7 years Leesa-rae was dedicated to developing and managing an intensive family support service within the Early Intervention and Prevention Child Protection Sector.
Leesa-rae's focus for the service is one of growth and inclusion. Welcoming the opportunity to collaborate and form partnership to ensure neighbourhood services reflect community need and are accessible to the whole region. |
Jenny KellyCentre Coordinator OOSH |
Jenny has been at OOSH for over 10 years. In this time she has held a number of roles, including 9+ Leader, BSC Educator and currently as Team Leader and Admin support. One of the real pleasures in her roles is getting to know families and spending time with the children in their play and social times. Jenny feels it is very rewarding and gives her a strong sense of belonging in this service.

Brendan is the coordinator of the Lake Cathie Community Hub and Garden. He has worked in the education sector for the last 15 years holding qualifications in Learning Support. Brendan brings experience in community development at a local level and abroad including humanitarian projects in Indonesia, Serbia and Ghana. Brendan is also a trained Horticulturist and is extremely excited to be developing the “Cathie Hub Garden” along with his enthusiastic team. Brendan enjoys surfing, fishing and mountain biking and is passionate about seeing people reach their fullest potential.
