There is a toy library in all Hastings Neighbourhood Services centres

Toys can be expensive and as children grow they need toys which suits their age. 
This is where the Toy Library helps out - it is a great way of providing your child with safe and approved toys for a fraction of the cost. And an added bonus is that your child has different toys to play with . ​
