Children Aged 0 to 5 Years 
Criteria:   Parents or caregivers MUST be present

Day/Time:  During School Term only
PMQ Centre: Monday 9.30am to 11.00 am
Lake Cathie Centre: - Thursday 9.30am to 11.00am
Wauchope Centre: - Wednesday 9.30am to 11.00am

​Description:  Free play activity for 0 to 5 year olds and their care givers.  We provide the equipment and set it all up. You come and enjoy a fun social outing for you and the children lead by Child Safe facilitators.

Kids Club
Children Aged 5 to 12 Years​
Criteria: If younger than 5 years, parent or guardian MUST stay and supervise 

Day/Time: During School Term only
PMQ Centre:  Monday 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Wauchope Centre:  Tuesday 4.00pm to 5.30pm

Description:   Free after school activity club for 5 to 12 year olds. Afternoon Tea Provided. Sport, art, cooking and games provided by Child Safe facilitators.
Bookings:        Not Required
4YP - Wellness
All Young People Welcome 
Criteria:  All young people welcome

Day/Time:  During School Term only

PMQ Centre:  Wednesday 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm
Wauchope Centre:  Tuesday 4.30pm to 6.00pm

Description:  A free afternoon for young people looking for something a bit different to team sports and skate parks. Food and drink provided along with various wellbeing activities, like breath work, meditation, journaling, just dance, physical exercise and lots of discussions.

Women's Wellbeing
Women Aged 18 and Over
Women's Wellbeing​​
​​Criteria: Women aged 18 and over

Day/Time:   During School Term only
PMQ Centre: Wednesday's 5.30pm to 7.00pm
Wauchope Centre: Tuesday's 10.00am to 11.30am

Description:  A free program for women looking for some timeout to reflect, socialise, learn how to take better care of themselves and enjoy some relaxing-nourishing activities. It is a safe environment for women to explore things such as: mindfulness, creativity, breathwork, meditation, self-reflection, self-care, habit stacking, nutrition and movement.

Bookings:  Are essential as numbers are limited
4YP - Outreach Bus
Young People Aged 13 to 21
Criteria:  All young people welcome

Day/Time:  During School Term only

Description:  A free activity, information, support and referral service for young people aged 13 to 21. Our bus goes to various locations around the Hastings and provides food, drinks and conversation for those young people in need.
