OOSH - About Us​

OOSH is a not-for-profit community based before & after school and vacation childcare service offering quality, professional care for 5 - 12 years of age. Fees are kept to a minimum.

• OOSH Vacation Care offers and promotes a diverse program for children 5-12 years, catering for the different age groups, backgrounds, cultures and abilities. 
• Families are encouraged to have input into the programs by sharing aspects of their culture and/or skills and talents the children may enjoy.
• We aim to offer activities and experiences that will help children appreciate, respect and care for each other, their surroundings and to value diversity in their community. 

We provide:

• ​Pick up & drop off bus service to local schools.
• Before & after school vacation care. Pupil free day care (conditions apply).
• Nutritious breakfast & afternoon tea provided.
• Caring environment with lots of fun activities.
• A home away from home. Professional, fully qualified childcare educators implementing the National Quality Framework and "My Time Our Place" School Aged Framework.
• Specific age-appropriate programs for 5 - 8 and 9+ children.
• Fun holiday excursions.

In addition we provide:

• ​Opportunities for meeting new friends, enjoying a stimulating & exciting range of activities.
• Choices for children and time to have fun & play... and just be kids.
• Peace of mind for parents, knowing that their children are not only well cared for, but are having fun too.
